Choose the right spreadsheet for your service business
Not every small business needs a full accounting suite or an expensive CRM. If you run a cleaning, repair, personal-service, event or freelance business, start with the single question that is costing you the most time.
Option 1: I don't know what to charge for a job
Pricing & Profit Toolkit — $19
Use this if you need to estimate job costs, calculate contribution margins, prepare a quote and check how many jobs you might need to cover overhead. It is a seven-section Excel workbook with a service library, quote builder, monthly plan, dashboard and scenarios.
Option 2: I have leads, but I forget to follow up
Client Pipeline & Follow-Up Tracker — $15
Use this to keep inquiries, quoted amounts, stages, last contacts, follow-up dates and estimated pipeline value in one spreadsheet. It has a lead dashboard and customizable message examples. It does not automatically send emails or connect to your contacts.
Option 3: I invoice customers but can't see future cash needs
Cash Flow & Invoice Tracker — $19
Log receipts, payments, invoice balances and future monthly cash assumptions. Use the dashboard and 12-month forecast to identify a potential cash shortfall. It does not connect to banks, automatically collect payments or replace accounting software.
Option 4: I need pricing, client follow-up and cash planning
3-Tool Operations Bundle — $39
Get the three complete standalone Excel workbooks in one ZIP download. If purchased separately, the total would be $53, so the bundle saves $14. The files are independent and do not automatically synchronize with each other.

How digital delivery works
After checkout, you receive access to a downloadable Excel file or ZIP package through the Shopify Digital Products app. You can edit your purchased templates and replace the sample inputs with your own values. All products are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
Common questions
Will it work on my phone? You can download the file to a phone, but a desktop copy of Microsoft Excel is recommended for entering data, reviewing formulas and making changes.
Is Microsoft Excel required? All templates are designed for Excel (.xlsx). Google Sheets and Apple Numbers may open them, but compatibility and calculations in those apps are not guaranteed.
Will the toolkit make decisions for me? No. You must provide accurate inputs and interpret the estimates in the context of your business. None of these files is accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
Can I resell or share the files? No. The purchase permits internal use in your own business, not redistribution or resale.
