What does Business Tools Studio sell?
Editable Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for small service businesses. We offer four options: Pricing & Profit Toolkit ($19), Client Pipeline & Follow-Up Tracker ($15), Cash Flow & Invoice Tracker ($19), and the 3-Tool Operations Bundle ($39).
What's included in the 3-Tool Bundle?
All three separate, complete Excel workbooks: Pricing & Profit, Client Pipeline, and Cash Flow & Invoice Tracker. They arrive as one ZIP file. The individual items would cost $53 in total, so the $39 bundle saves $14. The three files are independent; they do not synchronize with one another.
Is anything shipped?
No. All purchases are downloadable digital files. No physical package or shipping charge.
How do I receive my purchase?
After a successful purchase, you receive download access through Shopify's digital delivery service. Check the confirmation page and the email address entered at checkout, including your spam folder. If you cannot download a file, please contact support and provide the order number.
How do I open a ZIP bundle?
First save the ZIP file to your device, then extract or unzip it. On iPhone, use the Files app and tap the ZIP archive to extract it. On Mac, double-click it; on Windows, choose Extract All. Open the resulting .xlsx files in Microsoft Excel.
Can I edit the files?
Yes. The templates have fictional example records and editable input cells. Follow each workbook's START HERE instructions and replace sample entries before using your numbers. Formula cells will calculate based on what you enter.
Will these work on my phone or in Google Sheets?
We recommend Microsoft Excel on a desktop or laptop for the best experience, especially when working with formulas and dashboards. Other spreadsheet software, including Google Sheets and Apple Numbers, may open these files but complete compatibility is not guaranteed. You can download the files to a phone, but using or editing them on a phone may be inconvenient.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. Every current product is a one-time purchase with no recurring software fee.
Are the tools automated?
They automatically calculate values within Excel when you enter data. They do not send emails, connect to your bank, deliver invoices, import customer contacts or update their data from external systems. You maintain the records yourself.
Are these professional accounting or tax tools?
No. They are planning templates for organizing information and exploring assumptions, not a replacement for bookkeeping software or professional tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Estimates are not guarantees of profits or sales.
Can I share, resell, or redistribute the workbook?
Purchases allow internal use in one business. Redistribution, resale or publicly sharing the files is not permitted.
What if something is wrong with the download?
Please contact us with the product name, order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide access to a working file, a replacement, or a refund according to our digital refund policy and applicable consumer rights.
