Digital Products Refund Policy

Business Tools Studio sells downloadable digital products. No physical goods are shipped.

Because digital files cannot be physically returned, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds after a product has been successfully delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

If your download is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, please contact us at alexisdobro@icloud.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide download access, a replacement file, or a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
